A commercial litigation practice, and a short list of people who run it.
Greenway acts for New Zealand businesses in disputes that cannot be allowed to go badly — contract, construction, employment, regulatory. Six practitioners, one office, no departments to be handed between. The partner you meet is the partner who runs your file.

What we have run.
A firm should be judged on its record rather than on what it says about itself. Client names are withheld where the engagement requires it.

Six practitioners.
Open a name for their practice, their admission and how to reach them directly. There is no switchboard between you and them.
What we have written.
Short notes on decisions and changes that affect New Zealand businesses. Written by the practitioner who ran the point.
How to instruct us, and what it costs.
Most firms leave this off their website, which is odd, because it is the first thing a client wants to know. So it is on ours.
