Common questions

When does my dashboard update?

Prices refresh every 20 minutes during NZX trading hours. Cash, settlements and dividend credits post overnight, so a trade made today appears in the ledger immediately and in your cash balance the following morning.

What does "on cost" mean on the return figure?

It compares what your holdings are worth now against what you paid for them — your book cost. It is not the same as the performance chart, which shows the value of the whole portfolio over time and therefore also moves when you deposit or withdraw money.

How is the cash target used?

Your plan sets a percentage of the portfolio to hold in cash. The dashboard compares your actual weighting to that target and prompts a rebalance when the two drift apart. You can change the target under Settings.

Can I export my holdings?

Yes. Export on the top bar downloads the current screen as a CSV, and full quarterly statements are under Reports as PDFs.
