Tidemark started in 2011 with two builders and a ute in Paraparaumu. We're now a crew of fourteen, all employed by us. No labour-hire, no strangers on your site.
We only take on as many jobs as we can run properly, which is why we sometimes book a few weeks out. When we start, we don't leave your job half-finished to chase the next one.

Questions
Do I need building consent?
Most kitchens and decks under 1.5 m high don't. Bathrooms with new plumbing, extensions and structural changes usually do. We'll tell you at the site visit and handle the application if it's needed.
How far out are you booked?
Site visits within a week. Small jobs usually start within 3–4 weeks, larger projects 6–10 weeks, depending on consent times.
How do payments work?
A 10% deposit to book, then progress payments at agreed stages, all set out in your contract. You never pay for work that hasn't been done.
Can we live in the house during the work?
For most renovations, yes. We seal off work areas, keep a path clear and clean up daily. If it's your only bathroom, we plan the work so you're never without one for more than a few days.
