Boards, wetsuits and a rash vest are in the price. All you bring is togs and a towel.
We run around low tide, so the times shift about fifty minutes later each day. Days without a session are days the tide is wrong.
Rough is fine — we size everyone on the beach.
Nothing is charged now. We hold your places and take payment on the beach.

We call it, not you. We'll text by 7am and move you to another day, or refund in full. You never pay for a session we cancel.
Free to move or cancel up to 48 hours out. Inside 48 hours we hold the fee, because the instructor is already rostered.
